The third-party providers that process personal data on our behalf to run Link HR, what each one handles, and where it operates.
Employers using Link HR are the controllers of their employees' data; LinkCo processes it on their instruction, and engages the providers below to deliver specific parts of the service. Each is bound to process data only for that purpose. See our privacy policy for what is collected and how long it is kept.
- Contabo GmbH
Hosts the Link HR application and its PostgreSQL database — all HR records at rest.
Germany - Cloudflare — R2 storage
Stores uploaded files: clock-in photos, profile photos, employee documents, expense receipts, request attachments and employer branding assets.
Cloudflare's global storage network - Cloudflare — CDN, hosting and Turnstile
Delivers site and app assets, hosts employer subdomains, and runs the bot check on the demo request form on this website.
Global edge network - Google — Gmail SMTP
Sends transactional email: invitations, password resets, approval notices and notification emails.
Google infrastructure - Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging
Delivers push notifications to the mobile app.
Google infrastructure - Google — Firebase Crashlytics and Remote Config
Collects mobile crash reports and delivers feature configuration to the mobile app.
Google infrastructure - Sentry
Collects error and performance diagnostics from the web apps and the mobile app to help us fix faults.
Sentry infrastructure - Browser push services (Mozilla, Google, Apple)
Deliver web push notifications to browsers. Off by default and enabled only where an employer opts in.
Operated by each browser vendor - AI model provider
Processes conversations with the AI assistant in the web admin application, and sample rows from an employee import when an employer uses that feature. Not reachable from the employee mobile app.
