Yes. Drop a CSV with up to 1,000 rows, map columns, preview validation errors row-by-row, and commit. Most teams complete first-time import in under 30 minutes. Re-imports (e.g., bringing in new joiners every month) take seconds.
Are profiles really bilingual?
Yes — every name, address, department, position, and free-text field stores Arabic and English independently. The UI shows the right side based on the user's chosen language; reports and letters compose in whichever language is requested.
How does the org chart handle 1,000+ people?
The chart virtualizes — only visible nodes render — so we tested with 5,000-employee tenants without lag. Drag a node to reorg, preview the impact (who reports to whom changes, what approvals affect), then commit.
What does lifecycle cover?
Onboarding (offer letter, document collection, equipment, first-week tasks), confirmations after probation, internal transfers and promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding (clearance checklist, EOS calculation, letters). Each stage has its own audit trail.
Who can see employee data?
Role-based access control. HR admins see all; managers see their team; employees see themselves. Sensitive fields (salary, ID copies) have an additional gate. Every access is logged in the audit trail.
Can I export employee data?
Yes — CSV and JSON exports for all employee fields, or filtered by branch/department/status. Plus per-employee "download my data" for GDPR-style subject access requests.
