Does the ERP integration replace my accounting system?
Does the ERP integration replace my accounting system?
No. It's one-way: Link HR sends payroll, provisions, employees and approved expenses to your ERP, and your accounting stays there. Nothing is re-typed, and nothing in your books changes your HR data.
Which accounting systems do you work with?
Odoo, SAP Business One and Zoho Books. Using something else? Every report exports to Excel, CSV and PDF, so your finance team can import it.
Which Zoho product do you integrate with?
Zoho Books, Zoho's accounting app.
Does anything post before payroll is approved?
No. Nothing reaches your books until payroll is approved. You choose whether approved payroll posts automatically or in one click, and every posting keeps a record of what was sent.
Can the AI app see salaries?
Only if that person can. Claude or ChatGPT works as the person who connected it, with exactly their permissions, so an employee's AI app sees what that employee sees in Link HR and nothing more.
Can we disconnect an AI app?
Yes, anytime. You can see every connected app and disconnect it whenever you like, and the company owner can switch AI connectors off for the whole company.
