Can I customize the letter templates?

Yes. Each template is editable — header, footer, signature blocks, content blocks. Tenant branding (logo, primary color, signature image) applies to every letter automatically.

How does Letter Studio with Linky work?

Describe what you want in one line ("end-of-service letter for an employee leaving by mutual agreement, no notice waived"). Linky drafts the letter in Arabic and English, cites the policy clauses it referenced, and produces a side-by-side preview you approve before send.

Can letters be e-signed?

Yes. Approvers' digital signatures (PNG or drawn) apply automatically per template. Employees receive the signed PDF via the mobile app or email — they don't need to print and scan.

How does expiry tracking work?

Every document with an expiry date (passport, residency permit, contract, training cert) generates reminders at 60, 30, and 14 days. The employee gets a push notification; HR gets a dashboard widget; the document shows as "expiring soon" on the profile.

Where are documents stored?

Encrypted at rest in object storage in the AWS Bahrain or Cloudflare R2 region (tenant-selectable). All access is logged. Documents never leave the tenant boundary.

Are templates really Arabic-native?

Yes — composed in Arabic, not machine-translated. Formal MENA business idiom ("السيد المحترم", "تحية وبعد", "شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر"). Side-by-side EN+AR letters are generated from one request.
